Bought a car from Greenaway Autos in the last 2 weeks. Excellent customer service received from Andrew, can't praise him enough. He made the whole process of buying a new car stress free, which was absolutely amazing, thank you! No pushy sales pitches, you could walk around and look at the cars but we only went to look at one specific car we seen on their website. Had a test drive that day and decided that was the one for us! Andrew talked us through everything and sorted everything out with regards to transferring ownership and road tax, nothing was too much trouble. So pleased with the car and the service we received from Greenaway Autos. If I ever want a new car, they will be the 1st place I go to. Returned again this week for my second car from Nick and the team - wasn't even looking but noticed a cracking Range Rover Velar! Had a tidy catch up with Nick and couldn't leave the velar there 😂 We've had 6 cars in total from Greenaway Autos, between myself and my parents. Top tier service, nothing is ever too much, no pushy tactic and very knowledgeable, straight talking. It doesn't feel like the classic car dealership when they're chasing and hounding for a sale from you. Highly recommend and will definitely return in the future!

Looking for "Doug from Sales" - but pleased to say he was not here. We did find Nick, super relaxed and helpful nice guy, no pushing, very courteous and cooperative and absolutely no B.S.. Left us to it - as he said - "The car sells itself". Answered our questions, addressed our concerns by positive action. We bought a Nissan Leaf and are very pleased with it. Our son is in the trade in the Midlands and his checks identified that we had a genuine solid deal at very good value for money. This will be our first port of call in future.

Amazing service from start to finish! Great selection of quality vehicles and just the right approach from sales staff. We were greeted by Andrew and struck the deal quickly as a result of his professionalism clearly gained over many years. Everything went extremely smoothly and the couple of things I asked to be done were completed as promised to a high standard and on time, they even ordered me a new set of private plates without me even having to ask. Chris Greenaway heads up an amazing team here and almost forgot to mention Nick, who was super helpful when I phoned for an update. Definitely recommend this firm as I am delighted with both the vehicle and the whole buying experience!

What an excellent and professional 2nd hand vehicle dealership (Treforest) this is ! Just a small team of 3 friendly Sales guys, they are not pushy but happy to help you make the correct choice for you ! They always seem to have very nice collection of quality 2nd hand cars n vans in ! Also before you drive away with your new vehicle, if it needs maintenance or new parts it will be done at no extra cost to you with at least 3 mouth warranty. Plus all at very reasonable prices compared to other big dealers!

Nice selection of cars at a reasonable price
A nice selection of cars offered at a more reasonable price than the surrounding 'big name' garages. Great, friendly service off Nick, who couldn't be more helpful (or cheerful). Cars come with a warranty with an option to extend. Very good trade in offered too. Definitely recommend putting Greenaway Autos at the top of your list if you're looking for a used car.

Great communication. Really helpful and friendly throughout the whole experience. I needed delivery so Nick very kindly sent me videos/pictures of the truck and when I asked for some extras he was more than happy to do that. I have dealt with many garages throughout my driving years, and like most, I've listened to false promises and mickey mouse warranties, so I have always been a bit sceptical. I dealt with a really helpful, very professional, and non pushy salesman called Nick. I can't fault the level of service that I received. I did have a small issue with the car, which was resolved straight without any fuss and a courtesy car whilst mine was sorted. Greenaway autos will be having my business in the future without a doubt. Very highly recommended in my opinion.

Gem of a garage!
From the time we entered the garage we didn't feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle. Nic told us to take our time and left us be to look around, we felt so comfortable a refreshing change. We took a car for a test drive and again no pressure. After purchase, communication was top notch and car ready within a couple of days. Nic explained everything in fine detail and again no pressure to purchase extended warranty. I am hoping the vehicle we purchased does as well as the staff (only had it a couple of weeks) and then we'd be onto a winner! A little gem of a garage which we totally recommend especially with the staff.

Reserved a car with greenaway in the week, it was prepped and ready to test drive when we arrived. Friendly service, drove the car away within the hour had enough fuel in it to get it back home, an hours drive away. Happy with the vehicle no problems so far, offered and purchased warranty extension.

A Video walk round of the vehicle prior to purchase and prompt delivery. Had the best experience at Greenaway when buying our new car. After putting a reserve on a car we liked, we were kept up to date daily with calls and text to let us know what was being done and when we could expect the car to be ready and on collection day, everything breezed through and we were able to drive away with in half an hour.
